Parenting today can often feel like a lonely ride, thanks to sky-high expectations and the challenges of modern life. Whether it’s the morning rush with your toddler or concerns about communicating with your teen, I would love to support you in navigating your parenting challenges.
Parenting is undoubtedly challenging, but it doesn’t have to feel like a constant struggle for survival.
Conventional parenting advice often focuses on instructing right from wrong and engaging in power-over strategies with your children, leaving little room for authentic connections. The irony lies in the fact that deeper connections naturally lead to mutually respectful and meaningful relationships, more effective learning, and long-term emotional health. In other words, when children (and parents!) feel genuinely safe and loved for who they are, they do better in every way.
The good news is that it’s never too late to do this work, whether your child is three or thirty. It can be hard to see a clear path when you’re in the thick of it, but there is always hope and a path forward. My role is to help you find it in a way that makes sense for your unique family.

I created Connected Minds Parenting to support parents navigating the complexity of raising gifted, twice-exceptional (2e), PDA, and ADHD children and teens — helping them better understand their child’s unique nervous system, profile, and needs, and find an approach that genuinely fits their family.
Our work together is a supportive, judgment-free, neurodiversity-affirming space where we slow things down, make sense of what’s really going on beneath the surface, and discover what actually works for your child and your family.
As your understanding and skills deepen, and you feel more anchored in your approach, you’ll be better able to navigate challenges with greater clarity, connection, and confidence.
I’m deeply passionate about helping parents build strong, authentic relationships with their children — relationships rooted in safety, trust, mutual respect, and genuine connection, rather than fear, control, or performance.
No two children are alike, and no single strategy works for every family. I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to identify what matters most to them, uncover hidden stressors and patterns, and move toward changes that feel meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with who their child truly is.
